Not sure what to say?

So sad to just learn of the death of Jeff thoughts go to his family

I met Jeff in the mid '70s when he was a young student at UCSB. He and I worked together at the DLG dining commons. He led a local cover band, The Revere Rhythm Rockers if my memory is correct. The band was very tight and professional for their age, and he was the lead guitarist, singer, and front man. Jeff was always kind and appropriate, never putting on airs. Once in the 90s I think, I was at a Beach Boy concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl. During a break, an usher came to my seat and said...

Jeffrey Foskett was a guitarist who toured and recorded with The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson for decades. In verdant pasture, he gives me repose; beside a restful water he leads me; he refreshes my soul. He guides me in the right paths for his name´s sake. Only goodness and kindness follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dewell in the house of the LORD for years to come. May Their Souls And The Souls Of All The Faithful Departed.

Jeffrey Foskett, a longtime guitarist and vocalist for The Beach Boys, Rest In Peace

I met Jeff through work and he became a very true fried. He truly was the most kind loving human and true American that you could ever meet. Without a doubt, he is in Heaven singing. He is a once in a lifetime perosn. Jeff you are truly missed from the bottom of my heart. God reast your amazing soul!

My wife and I met Jeff when he was waiting for their set to begin at BB Kings in NYC. He was sitting alone in a banquet and seemed approachable. We had a nice conversation and then enjoyed the show. My wife and I were lucky-enough to catch many shows where Jeff performed and I can honestly say we loved them all. Rest in Peace.
