Jeff was an amazing friend since our childhood in Rawlins, Wyoming. The Patchens, Dale Eastland, Dick Lake, and I were the "reign" of the neighborhood. I will honor his memory always. I will miss my very dear friend. I have known Jeff for at least 20 years and always knew he was a very special man. When I met his "Angel", I knew they were perfect for each other. What a beautiful tribute to Jeff! It was always such a blessing to speak with him and to see that even in his sufferings the light of Jesus burned brightly through his speech and actions. His legacy lives on through his wonderful family!
