I just learned today; December 5th, 2023. He was amazing with my shoulder surgery and had my admiration and respect. I'm sure he is with his Lord. May God be with all those who mourn his loss.

Super awesome guy who fixed me up and had a great way about him.

I broke my wrist in 2009. Being a professional pianist, I was heartbroken and terrified that I’d never play again. During my consultation with Dr. Garst , I asked for advice. He replied, “ If you were my wife, I would do the surgery.” So he did!! Dr. Garst was my angel and I will always be grateful for his generous spirit of service. I am...

So sad to learn about Jeffs' passing. We are the same age, as both his family and mine are family friends. Actually his parents are my God Parents. So, it quite upsetting to learn of his illness, but Jeff gave the fight of his life, all the way to the end. For that, i admire him...... Condolences go out to his wife and children. While his passing deeply upsets me, Jeff...

wonderful doctor!

I had a wrist injury and was very apprehensive about surgery. Then I met Dr. Garst. What a wonderful, sincere and caring man. I learned from the nurse that he loved any kind of chocolate. On the day of my surgery my husband jokingly told him that if all went well we would bring him some of the best chocolate ever made. We often traveled to CA and Dr. Garst had not heard of See's Candy which is famous there. I brought him a box back from our next trip. He loved it of course. After that...

Dr Garst was our hunting neighbor. He owned property next
to us. He was very friendly and very kind. I tried buying his UTV and he gave it to me instead. Just a very kind man and we will miss not seeing him during hunting season. He was the best neighbor we could ask for
