Not sure what to say?

I am at a loss for words. Jeff was such a true person to my wife & myself each and every time our paths crossed. The many hours of bantering back-and-forth as to what an item is, or what it´s purpose might be. It seemed as though he always had something "BIG" to move whenever I would stop by. Each of us trying to get each other on a "deal" and not be afraid to let one another know it. He was a good friend to my uncle as well. U r missed for now my friend!

Jeff was my dear friend and I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. He was caring to my kids and their families. He loved the grandkids, and I know he loved his great nephews and niece. He was always so kind and encouraging to me, and oh so funny. He was so generous to the downtrodden and would literally give the shirt off of his back to anyone in need. I was fortunate to have him in my life. Love you Jeffrey. You will be missed.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Jeff friended me on facebook and I really enjoyed talking to him and getting to know him, even though I didn't have him as a student at Solon High School! My thoughts and prayers are with your whole family!

Always enjoyed stopping in at his store or home to shop for one of a kind items but really it was about having the opportunity to chat with him. The world is dimmer with the loss of Jeff. He was definitely a ray of sunshine and will be missed.

To the Gerlits family
Thinking of you all. He was truly a kind and funny spirit ❤

Jeff was an amazing person; we knew him from Gooselake Creations. We kept in touch and shopped with him many times following his store front closure. Our home is furnished with many of his unusual finds. He made an exceptionally positive impression on me and I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers to Jeff's family and friends.
