Jeffrey Blaine Hall, 75, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, at University of Louisville Health-Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
He was Director of Racing Operations at Ellis Park.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Raini Smith Hall; two daughters, Kristie Hall Watson and her husband, Mark, of Lexington, Kentucky, and Ashley Harper Smith of Nashville, Tennessee; one brother, Tim Hall and his wife, Susan, of Sturgis, Kentucky; two granddaughters, Charlie Watson and Margot Watson.
Come visit with Jeff’s family in celebration of his life from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.

I was his closest childhood friend. We lived next door, and we were the same age. So,we went everywhere together. When he got a haircut, I went with him. When my Mom worked downtown, Jeff and I would get on the city bus and go downtown so we could window shop and then ride home with my Mom. I I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I worked in the Ellis Park money room for 48 years. Jeff was my boss there. He was a great guy to work for and with. He will certainly be missed.
