You do not know who we are but we wanted to extend our condolences. My husband, my daughter and I were on US 23 and backed up in the traffic. We were back quite a ways from where the accident happened, but the word came down from truck drivers about the accident. When we heard that someone was killed our hearts were very heavy. What a tragedy!
