Jeff was one of my patients for over 9 years when he was on dialysis.
We shared good times and bad times together. Jeff was almost like family to me because we saw each other just about every other day for 4-5 hrs during his treatment. I did everthing within my powers to make sure that Jeff was well taken care of while he was on dialysis. We all will miss Jeff at the clinic.
May the Sun forever shine upon his face in his eternal resting place.
