Jeff, Julie, Jessica, Janelle and Jackson were neighbors of mine in Middletown, Ca. All Jeff and Julie´s children were well behaved and Jackson would come over to my house and visit often. I miss them all, they were the best neighbors. It´s a shame that Jeff is no longer with his family and all of us who were privileged to have known him.
