Not sure what to say?

I went through school with Jeff and he always had something funny to say. He was a friend that would always have something positive to say when the situation was negative. He sounds like he became the man that I thought he would. I am so sorry for your loss. Sincerely Rick Blackney

I don´t know if any of Jeff´s family will be seeing this by now; regrettably, I´m just reading this today. When my wife mentioned going to CA for our 25th wedding anniversary, I thought of looking up an old friend who grew up in Napa. That´s when my heart dropped as I came across this posting. Cecile, Staci, Pat and Renée There are no words to express how sorry I am to hear of Jeff's passing. I share in your sorrow and pain. I cherish every memory and moment spent with Jeff and each of you. May the love of family surround you and give you strength. He was loved by the Frasier family very much. To his wife Julie, my heart aches for you and your children. What a wonderful life and legacy he leaves behind. Gone from our sight but never from our hearts. Rest in Peace Jeffrey. ...

Cecile and family, my thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this time. I'm so sorry for your families loss of a husband, father, son, sibling and friend.

Cecile; so very sorry for the loss of your son.

Jeff, Julie, Jessica, Janelle and Jackson were neighbors of mine in Middletown, Ca. All Jeff and Julie´s children were well behaved and Jackson would come over to my house and visit often. I miss them all, they were the best neighbors. It´s a shame that Jeff is no longer with his family and all of us who were privileged to have known him.
