A pray for his soul

A true gentleman was lost. We worked with him at MetLife and knew him from the Exchange Club. He was always full of good humor and grace. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences to his family.

Jeff was a person of integrity whose word was his bond. He was a pleasure to work with and made significant contributions to numerous projects and overall collegiality at MetLife. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff was Tom's boss, mentor and friend and helped him in business and life throughout his career with MetLife. I remember many great times at conferences spending time with Jeff and Betty. You are all in my thoughts.

Exquisite Tribute Standing Spray

I have the best memories of Jeff and our time at HBS. He was my flush mate at Can 7 HBS 1982. He was an exceptional person. We shared our Catholic values and had a good time together the times we met in NYC. My deepest condolences to his wife and family for their loss. Warmest regards, Alejandro Salcedo Thielen

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Hodgman family with our deepest sympathy....

I am so saddened by Jeff's death. I retired as the head of Human Resources in 1999 and served on the Retirement Plan Investment Advisory Committee with Jeff for a number of years. His knowledge, good humor and thoughtful approach to issues were the qualities that helped MetLife excel and made working with him a joy. He is remembered. My sympathies and condolences to his family.
