Jeffrey HOEY

I had not seen Jeff for a couple of weeks, and I had grown used to seeing him at our house, helping us with our lawn sharing his stories with us. I thought he might have moved.

Today, I saw his landlord doing yard work outside and I learned the news that he had passed on the 4th. From my brief time knowing him, he was a kind man who had overcome so much.
