Jeffrey, You were energetic, high spirited and a happy go lucky guy that had a lot to offer. You will be missed terribly. I especially, will miss your true sense of humor. God bless your family and may they continue to rely on his comfort, and in this time especially.

Jazzy Jeff! Wow! I am truly going to miss your crazy but smart self. I use to run you away from my office, but oh how I wish you would stop in one more time. Well, even though you stayed on my nerves, I did respond back to you with an "I love you too" the last time I saw you. I am gonna miss your Sunday attire pictures. You did know how to dress for whatever the occasion. Well, another Wirt Street family member gone too soon. Thanking you for all you did for "our" nephews and my mom and dad....

Jeffrey will truly be missed by all that knew him and knew what his ambitions were. He was definitely on the right path of greatness. I Love You Boo.
