Read MoreShocked and saddens to hear about Whitey's passing. I first met Jeff when we were on the same WB little league team many, many years ago. I was pitching and he was our first baseman. We had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. We met up a few times after I graduated and left for the USAF and eventually lost touch but I will remember his great laugh amd our time together forever. RIP my friend.

Jeff was one of the good guys. We met when I was transferred from Springdale. I remember Dick, Curt and Craig , you and I would practice field goals in the Bowl over lunch hour. We moved to Solon half way through 7th Grade. I always loved to go to the West Branch/ Solon games to catch up with my WB friends. Tom Lynch Class of "69"
