Jeff was known far and wide as the skunk buster. After he moved to New Mexico, the youth leader of our church was doing a "survivor themed" youth night. Youth were challenged to taste unusual foods. Jeff supplied various protiens such as skunk, rattlesnake, fox, and mountain lion( kitty Mc Nuggets). He also made a mountain man video telling all the youth about the "food" they were about to try. So sad to hear about Jeff´s passing. Jeff was a very good friend to myself and my ex-husband in the 1980´s. He spent a lot of time at our cabin playing cribbage . I have many fond memories of Jeff. One Thanksgiving, he offered to cook Thanksgiving dinner for us. He didn´t know that the "innards" of the turkey were stuffed in the cavity. He roasted it as it was!!
