Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Leister

Mr. Leister was hands down the coolest teacher at Henryville. He was my science teacher in 2007, and always used to lean over my shoulder to watch me draw, saying you need to do to this for a living! When other teachers just told me to do schoolwork! Well, Im a professional comic artist now, and I wish I could tell him thank you for always egging me on to follow my dreams! He is sorely missed.

We had some great times with Jeff at Eastern Greene.
He was a great friend and will be missed.

I have great memories from his classes and chess club. He was hands down my favorite teacher and always looked forward to his classes and after school chess and game club!!! He will be greatly missed!!!

Jeff was my Chemistry teacher at Eastern Greene in 1981. He inspired me to become a chemist and I have been in the trade for 25 years. Godspeed Mr.Leister.

I met Jeff in 1972, he was my boyfriends best friend. Jeff quickly became that person in my life that I could confide in...laugh all night with...and cherish. Jeff was “The Best Man At My Wedding”. You will always be in my heart Jeff! Love, Michele Mayer xo
