I'll never forget the good times with Jeff growing up and later in life. I met Jeff when I was about thirteen years old. We had so much fun together and he wanted to visit me in North Caroline and I always wanted to go back down to see him again and regret not making that happen. He will be missed. I will miss hanging out cooking fresh fish, going out to eat and having wings, going to Greaver's for Xmas or 4th of July, fishing, hanging out at the power plant, helping him on the computer and...

Very sad to learn our shipmate's loss - he helped keep us safe in Desert Storm and made USS Horne CG-30 a super ship. Monica, please accept and extend our condolences to friends and family.
