I can not believe a year has gone by since this great guy was called home. Jim and Ruth Mann were friends with my mom and dad what a wonderful and loving family. I pray that God gives continued strength to the whole family Love to all Pat Palmere-Nason

Coach Mann was totally an individual that was built for others . I had the pleasure of working at Univ of Maryland with Coach Mann for 6 years . My thoughts and prayers are with his family . May he Rest In Peace .

Jeff was a wonderful guy and we had some good times at W&M. It was great to follow his career as a coach. I know he meant a lot to a lot of people.

So sorry for your loss. I was pleased to work with Jeff at Dulaney High School. He was a true professional. Sincerely, Elizabeth Stanley

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Mann family. Coach Mann was a thoughtful and caring person. As a fellow coach, I always knew he was a leader of young men, he was respected. He is in my prayers. God speed and bless you for the time on this earth. He will be missed. Doug Miller

I got my first job out of high school thanks to Coach Mann. I had a free period my senior year and I helped him with office stuff, typing letters, etc. I put that on my resume and he gave me a letter for job references. He was a kind man and out of the 3 high schools I attended, the only teacher that I remember fondly. May he Rest In Peace, my thoughts are with his family.

Our sincere condolences to jeff´s Family. I was jeff´s Cousin, Bernie moran, and was appt his age. We were not close but on rare time I saw Jeff we connected regarding family and sports. Such a shock to hear the news. Always will remember his Smile. Rest In Peace my friend. Your cousin, Bernie!
