This is Rusty Fraser I was a friend of Jeff's growing up we played baseball together I was his little brother's best friend Casey we played on his father's baseball teamWilliam his dad was a great guy all of the Morelands were I am sad to hear of just passing I was trying to Google Casey Moreland and found this I have not been able to contactCasey I hope he is doing well well anyway my sympathies to the Morlan family and his three beautiful daughters God bless
