To the entire family, my sincerest sympathies, Skip and I thought the world of Jeff, and when Skip passed, Jeff was a good friend. Many prayers, much Aloha, Juanita Smith Weltzien

To Jeff's family, my sincere condolences. I was very sad to just now hear of his passing. Kay, Chad, Amanda, and your entire family. My heart is shattered. Jeff and I have been associated as close friends, and on a business level for more than 30 years. I completely know that I will again see him.

Kay, Chad, Amanda, and your entire family. My heart is shattered. Jeff and I have been associated as close friends, and on a business level for more than 30 years. I completely know that I will again see him.

A Good Guy, and a hard working man. We'll all miss you, Jeff.

Hugs and Prayers to Kay, Amanda, David, Judy and family.

Dearest Kay and family- I am devastated to hear of Jeff's passing. I dealt with him several times in a business capacity, and never has there been a more caring, compassionate, insightful, and gentle man! May God hold you in his arms and surround you with HIS love and WISDOM in this most lonely and grief-filled time. May BE fill your soul with quiet memories of Jeff to support you in your time of need. He will be SO missed, but his demeanor will always be remembered here.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
