Jeffrey Thomas Moulder

Jeffrey was born on October 25, 1983 and passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Jeffrey was a resident of Frisco, Texas at the time of his passing. A celebration of life will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church on Friday May 6th at 1:00pm. Visitation will be from 10:00 -1:00 at the church.
