To Jeff's family- Please accept our condolences. We did not know of his passing. We would like to tell his family how much we will miss him. He was a great neighbor and a good friend for the short period we knew him.We will miss his great smile. Knowing your father was our pleasure.

My deepest sympathies to all of Jeff's family.
I was shocked and very sad to learn of his passing.
From 6th grade through high school Jeff and I were like 'blood brothers' shareing many an adenture together. We were always at each others houses, we lived just a half a bock apart on Tilghman st.
After school life got in the way and we each had to go down our own road. After I came home from the army we would bump into each other now and then.
I feel like a part of my youthfull...
