Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed chit chatting with Jeff when he would call in to CPARC. He had such a gentle voice and warm smile. My deepest sympathies.

We would like to convey our sincere condolences to the Musser family. We were your next door neighbors on Clearview Drive. I will always remember playing basketball, riding bikes, and just hanging out talking with Jeff. He was very kind and had a beautiful soul, always there to help someone and always with a smile. We are happy we had the opportunity to be your neighbors. Rest In Peace Jeff. Your friends, Barb, Joyce, and Greg.

I will always miss you my good buddy

My name is Bob Morrison. I was Jeff's supervisor when Jeff worked at Cparc. He was on the Mobil work crew with me and 4 others. Our job was to do lawn care for homes around central Pennsylvania. In the winter months we would clean these homes indoors and do other jobs as well when we weren't mowing grass. Jeff loved vacuuming and he had a favorite mower which he always used. He was always respectful and a very hard worker. He also enjoyed playing bingo at Jubalee day when it came to...

We've known Jeff for over 20 years. He rode the bus to CIT with my son. Every time he'd see us at a local racetrack he'd always come up to say hello. Even if he hadn't seen me for years he'd still remember me. We'll miss seeing him at Special Olympic events too. Just won't be the same.

So sorry to hear cousin Jeff has passed. I'll miss seeing and talking with him at the races. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

I always enjoyed seeing Jeff at work! He had an infectious smile and laugh. He was one of the kindest Souls I have ever met. My heart goes out to all that will no longer be blessed by his huge personality.

I remember working with Jeff at PCIT. Great guy. Made me laugh! My thoughts are with his family,
