Jeffrey B. Napier

Jeffrey B. Napier, 45, of Charlottesville, was born on August 9, 1963, and departed this life on Sunday, May 3, 2009.

He is survived by his parents, Richard and Margaret "Jean" Napier of Covesville, Virginia; a sister, Theresa "Tessie" N. Bickel and her husband, Randy, of Ruckersville, Virginia; a niece, Carla Bickel and a nephew, Lance Bickel both of Ruckersville, Virginia; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is also survived by several devoted friends, Chris Tyler, John Bloomingdale and Donald Frank.

Jeffrey was a graduate of Piedmont Community College, a long time employee of Red Carpet Inn, a lifelong member of Cove Presbyterian Church and loved working with flowers.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Cove Presbyterian Church with interment following at the family cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at Teague Funeral Home.
