Jeffrey Michel NEFF

I had no idea Jeff had died. He was a good man who fixed my car for me when I first moved to Tucson in 1978. At that time, he was a "mobile mechanic" and had a van with all of his tools. He'd told me about his previous life as an illustrator and many years later, I ran into him after he'd done some illustration work for one of our mutual clients.
