Jeffrey Scott Novak was born August 11, 1966 in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert L. and Anna Marie Bangert Novak and he was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie. He was a journeyman electrician for 32 years working for over 20 years for the Ineos Pigment Company. He belonged to IBEW Local 24. Jeff was an avid sports fan who played baseball and softball for many years. He enjoyed travel, playing cards, his Corvettes and his dog Cali. A devout Catholic, his life was guided by his faith and his family. Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 32 years, Mary Jane Martin Novak, son Jeffrey M. Novak and Katherine S. Novak, both of Severn, brothers Robert Novak (Donna), Joseph Novak and Craig Novak (Nicolette) and sisters Helen Rupert, Sandra Kloster (Kenneth) and Lisa Howard.
