I had the pleasure of working with Jeff years ago and I must say he was such a gentleman and a truly, truly nice guy. He was always a pleasure to deal with. Never a cross word and totally honest and reliable. When Jeff said it, it was believable. HII/NNS was in many ways a difficult organization to work with but he stood out from the rest. We lost him way too soon.
