Jeffrey Lee Palmer

Jeffrey was born on June 21, 1981 and passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019. He attended schools in Jackson Wyoming before attending University of North Dakota in 1999 to pursue his passion for flying. Viewing will be Thursday August 29 from 6:30-8:00 PM and Friday August 30 from 9:30-10:45. Services will be held Friday August 30, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints in Victor Idaho. Visitation at the Victor LDS Church from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on August 29, 2019. Donations may be made to: Education savings plan for their daughter Charlie.
