There have been three people in my entire life whose judgement I could unconditionally trust. Jeff was one of them. Acumen like his doesn't just happen and a healthy measure of personal integrity is only a prerequisite. Rather, it's a muscle that needs training to develop and exercise to maintain and he put in that effort—years and years of work. Jeff and I traded lots of laughs, but what endures far more, for me, are those sessions in which we tried together to make sense of things, of...

The 6th grade summer trip with Coach Hawkes is where we met which now seems so long ago. Two weeks of fun and camping out if famous places, riding in the back of an open truck and drinking " bug juice", those were the days.
I had hoped to read the book you were writing and especially your reminiscings over that time in our lives.
Well, I just have to catch up with you later and we can laugh over it together.
God speed, Jeff.

I knew Jeff as a classmate and Reading guy. Our life paths went in different directions, but in recent years we re connected and would enjoy sitting in Dunkin Doughnuts or the benches at C. V. S. Jeff was kind, a good conversationalist and his passing is a loss for all that knew him.

Though our hearts ache with the passing of Jeff, we find solace in remembering the joy they found in the simple pleasures of life and his excitement and love for vinyl records and Taylor Swift. We looked forward to seeing Jeff daily in our department and he was one of our favorite patients. May his memory continue to spin melodies of love and laughter in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, our dear friend.

Jeff was a very soft spoken friend . I would see him at the super market in Reading different times through out the year . We always had a great chat about things happening in Reading . Jeff kept me up to speed on things happening with our high school class mates. We also talked about music something that he really enjoyed . I will miss those fun times .

We have been friends since 1969, having met while working at the Reading McDonalds. Our love on music brought us together. Very few have built such a large and priceless library collection of music that Jeff did. It included records, cassettes, CDs and other memorabilia. We have stayed in touch for 55 years. One of my favorite memories of Jeff was when Jeff Van Doran, Peter Grover, Jeff and I paddled the Ipswich river during our 1970 April school vacation. Naturally, Jeff provided...

I knew Jeff through the vinyl record community. He was somebody I considered a dear friend. He would send me funny cat postcards in the mail. I will really miss him.
