I am so sorry to hear about Jeff's passing. I have worked with Jeff since I first joined the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) way back in March of 1992. Jeff trained a tremendous amount of students in the private security field here in Virginia and around the nation. He was a huge asset to the industry and is a huge loss.
