Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences, I was in Florida more than a month.Sorry for the delay in my note. Sawsan and I are very sad for your loss.

I am so very sorry to hear this. I was a nursing student at Grace Hospital - South Pointe and Jeff taught me a lot of valuable information. He was a very nice person, always had a good sense of humor, and was an amazing Respiratory Therapist. My prayers go out to the Polacek family. He will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I was a nursing student at Grace last semester and spent a couple weeks with Jeff. During this time, he truly taught the girls who were in my clinical group and myself so much. He was very nice and was always willing to help us. His family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you are all able to find peace during this difficult time.

To Jeff's family and friends, my condolences for the loss of such a great guy and an outstanding Respiratory Therapist. I was away on vacation and just heard of your loss, please be assured of mine and my family's on-going prayers. Jeff was my mentor when I started at Grace at Huron. He will be missed with his kindness and many jokes he would tell. Sincerely, Jerry Leonard RRT Bedford.

So sorry to hear of your loss. You are in our prayers.

Raisa, My deepest sympathies for you and your children. I am so sorry for your loss of Jeff. I have so many memories of you and Jeff and the amazing bond of love you shared. He was taken from you without warning. I know this all too well. All I can say is it's tough at first but over time, it gets easier to make it through. It's hard, but find a way to be strong for your kids and at the same time, give yourself time to cry for your loss and then reflect on the 30+ years of love you shared.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Words of sympathy and thoughts and prayers are being sent you way. So sorry.
