Jeffrey Powell

Jeff was a beloved son, brother, husband, and father. He was loved by many and respected by all that knew him. Jeff passed too young, but I know he will be gratefully welcomed into Heaven. The Bowers family feels your pain and look back on the good memories we all had growing up with Jeff and the rest of the Powell family.
