Nancy, Max, Anna, Ross and family- words cannot express what has been taken from the world with the loss of Dr. Jeff. I am so so sorry for your loss. Truly a more tender, compassionate man has never existed. I pray he receives a welcoming to heaven worthy of the most beautiful exit from this world he gave to hundreds, thousands of our pets. St Joe will feel his void for years to come.

Nancy and family, I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Richards. It was a pleasure to know him through my employment with the city. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. May you find comfort in your memories of him.

We are so sorry for your loss. Dr. Richards was the best. He took such great care of both our boys. We will miss him and seeing Nancy and Max as well. Great people. RIP our dear friend.

There are no words to take the pain away, but know that your husband, father made a difference to those he met as a doctor, civil servant or friend. He will be missed. The Koska Family
