Jeffrey "Jeff" Risley

One day out of the blue, I called Jeff Oscar, he in turn called me Meyer and we were forever bonded in friendship. I so miss this gentle giant who was truly an awesome human being.

So miss hearing you say, "hi, little buddy." It seems like forever but, still missing you Oscar.

I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. He was such a great guy. I was fortunate to work with Jeff the past 20 years. I am just a guy from Chicago, but he welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile every time we met. He and I worked together regarding the mosquito control program.
