Dear Ross family.
I just found out about Jeff today from our common friends Birkelands (who are here in Norway visiting us). I looked up Jeff in the archives. He was in my sunday school class when I lived in your ward. He was such a fine young man. I feel terrible about this, and know what a terrible trial this must be. I am in a simular situation. May the Lord bless you.

Jeff was like the brother I never had. He had the ability to always make you feel welcome and loved. I 'll miss him, but never forget his wonderful personality and sweet spirit. May the Lord continue to bless ya'll.
