Ruttinger, Jeffrey K. Of Germantown, died too soon on March 10, 2014, at the age of 59. Loving son of Jo Ann Verhulst. Dear brother of Robin (Dennis) Brier. Preceded in death by his father Kenneth Ruttinger and sister Laurel Ruttinger. Private family service will be held.

We were very shocked to hear the very sad news about Jeff. He was always so nice and helpful and would do anything for anyone. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was always a joy to be around and we loved his enthusiasm, especially when he told his stories. Jeff will surely be missed! Our sympathies.
