Not sure what to say?

I was wondering whatever happened to Jeff after the shop closed on Piedmont. I used to frequent it quite often and have probably more than 20 pieces created by him. We are the same age. I was wondering how he died. Never heard from him after a while. Just found out. What a great designer and jewelry maker.

So sorry to just learn of Jeff's passing. He made our wedding rings 40 years ago. My husband has Alzheimer's, and I'm now wearing his band, a narrow braid of 3 types of gold, so that it doesn't get lost. One braid needs repair - and of course I thought of Jeff first. He did beautiful work, and I always think of him when I look at our rings. He is not forgotten.

Jeff designed our wedding bands and an amazing art-deco engagement ring for my wife that accommodated a large, faceted aquamarine stone from my family. I took in sketches and really enjoyed working with Jeff on the setting design and the more simple design of my own platinum ring. We were just starting out and lived in a 4-story walk-up apartment off Piedmont and I remember looking forward to walking down the street for our visits with Jeff on the ring planning. He really was an artisan and...

Miss you Jeff. Hope you and your mom are reunited. My love to you and your mom.

Jeff was a creative and grace-filled part of Piedmont Avenue. I still miss him.

Rest in peace dear friend.

I was so saddened to hear about Jeff's passing. Over the years he has made me a ring and a pendant, along with taking care of other jewelry needs. Jeff was always so nice and made you feel, no matter what the value of your item, that your jewelry was special. J. Sahadi's has touched so many lives with his art. I am so saddened that he has passed. I wish his family peace and comfort.

I will always wear the beautiful ring Jeff made me. He will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Jeff.

Jeff designed the beautiful necklace I wear everyday. It was an amalgamation of an old out-dated piece from my late Grandmother's collection, and a modern twist that Jeff created. I get compliments on the pendant all the time. It is truly unique and one-of-a-kind. Just like Jeff.

I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. My sincere condolences for his wife, Jennifer. Jeff has left a beautiful legacy and I hope that his memory is a comfort and a blessing.
