Jeffrey Harmon Schwartz

I met Jeff in the early 1970s when I worked for the Congressional Research Service and helped him on a few projects when he was with the House Energy and Commerce Committee. He mentored me in the early days of my career and I will never forget how kind, thoughtful, smart and supportive he was. I will always remember that twinkle in his eyes. I lost track of him over the past 40 years but he left wonderful memories with me. My condolences to the family. Bill Becker
