Jeff was kind enough to help my family back in the 90s when I needed a Virginia resident to be a co-guardian for my grandmother Dollie Setliff, since I lived in NC. Kathy, There are no words to tell you how sorry I am. I am just stunned at this horrible news--Jeff was much too young to leave us and I know you and your family will miss him terribly.
