Jeff was Mr. Loss Control. He worked to make sure that employees were safe in MIIA municipalities. He had a special relationship with many municipal leaders he had worked with for many years. My introduction to Risk Management was through Jeff efforts and for that I will be forever grateful for his mentorship.
