As we come to the closing of the Shelby County Athletic Club and as we remove the 2400 square feet weight room area, I am reminded of Jeff as he was a permanent fixture to a temporary home for him and many others over the 32 years of fitness business in Shelbyville. Sheila and family,

Jeff will be greatly missed at the Shelby County Athletic Club. He was a regular in the free weight room as you know. I have put up a small tribute to him for all to see. He had a good sense of humor and was always nice to me. I would ask Jeff how he was doing as he entered SCAC, and he would say, closer to home. He is home now.
