Jeffrey Spencer

jeff Spencer was a friend of our family. He lived just down the street from us. My brother and he were good friends and I graduated with his brother Kevin. I remember so many fun times with Jeff - our youth trips to Gatlinburg were always a blast. He will be missed and to all his family and close friends, my condolences to you during this difficult time. God Bless each of you.
