Jeffrey passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018. Jeffrey was a resident of Ohio at the time of passing.
I am greatly saddened to have just learned of Jeff's passing. I played softball with him for years at Riverstar. We called him "Spurly".
He was a delightful person; the nicest guy on the team. My heartfelt condolensces to his family and friends.
May his soul rest in peace with Jesus.

Jeff was an incredible friend. He and I joked around a lot. Just a great guy. He was in my wedding over 20 years ago and I remember him cracking open a beer inside his coat jacket at the wedding as my groomsman. Heaven got a great guy! I love you, brother!
