Heartbreaking to hear the news. So young and so vital. He will be missed.

To Jeff's family: I met Jeff in 1975 in Rocky Hill, a bunch of us used to hang out together, Jeff was the life of the party, always joking around and making people laugh. His bright smile and bubbling personality made him a very special person. Today I learned of his passing and I am very sad, he was such a great guy. My sincerest condolences to you all. Jeff, rest in peace in the arms of the Lord, the battle with life is over, rest in peace, my friend

I was very saddened to hear of the loss of Jeff. Not only was he a true life-long friend to me, he touched so many and was a good and kind soul. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. My prayers go out to him and his family in this difficult time. Rest in peace my friend.

For everyone that knew Jeff, I am sure there is a funny story to be told or an everlasting experience that will never be forgotten. On behalf of myself Karen and the girls, we would like to sincerely thank all of you for the outpouring of support during this difficult time. It is heartwarming to see all the people that he has touched. He will always hold a dear place in all our hearts. I am sure he is in heaven telling the story right now to all who will hear about getting bit by the rabid...

What a Crew :)

I was deeply saddened to learn of Jeff's passing this morning. Before I moved from greater Hartford, I would often unwind with Jeff, trading the daily stories of our workaday lives. May his sense of humor be preserved by his posterity. He was a kind & giving man who made many of our's world a better place. He as well as his family & friends are in my prayers through this difficult time. Thanks for making my life a bit richer. You will never be forgotten. ✞

Uncle Jeffrey,
Rest in Peace! We will miss you
