Of Lancaster, NY, February 27, 2014, beloved husband of Kimberly (Whelan); loving father of Shaylee (Frank Torres), Amber (Eric) Thierrin, Jasmine (Steven Wiepert), Chanelle (Bobby) Ortez, Trever and the late Hayden; grandfather of Landon, Avahleigh, Phelan, Rylan, Maverick, Madisyn, Owen and Zoey; son of the late Raymond and late Betty Ann; brother of Michael and Stephen; uncle of Alexandra, Gabrielle, Briana, Morgan, C.J., Leah and Bradley. FUNERAL HOME, 27 Aurora St., Lancaster, Tuesday from 3-8 PM with a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at St. Gabriel's RC Church, Elma, NY, Thursday morning at 9:30. Please assemble at church. Our sincere condolences go out to you and your family at this unfortunate time of loss. Even though I have not seen you guys in many years, Jeff's smile, words of wisdom and singing will forever be engraved in my mind. He was a true insipation in the Lions and anything he did. My most memorable moments were with him, your family and Loin Phil.

I was lucky to know Lion Jeff during his visits at the National Statler Center and his work at the Olmsted Center for Sight. He was great to talk to and always willing to help others.
