Not sure what to say?

Jeff was one of my favorite friends in the whole world! We lost touch for 10 years but just reconnected 3 months before he unexpectedly went to be with Jesus. I miss him so much but am so thankful about our many talks about Jesus. One day, we will all be together again. Jeff's life has left a special mark upon my own life that will always be treasured!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the immediate and extended family of Jeffrey Taylor as well as their friends. Dixie, we're especially thinking of you.

Jeff, my friend, you will be sorely missed. I do not have a memory of you not smiling! Brother, I'm sure you're smiling now too. You touched so many lives with your tender love for Christ. I believe if everyone could come to the celebration of your life that you had impacted, we would have to rent Reliant Stadium. Brad, Dixie, and Alex, all of our hearts are heavy for you. He was a very special tool for Christ and will be missed.

Chuck and Beth Pitts, August 2008

As a new follower of Christ in high school, I was mentored by Jeff Taylor and Jeff Rankin, two young men just a couple of years older than I. I have always remembered Jeff as a gift from God in my young Christian life. I am sure that Jeff touched many people from God in his life. My heart goes out to you, his family, especially my high school friend, Dixie. God bless you all.

Jeff 2007

Jeffey D, You were a wonderful soul sent from above, one who touched everyones heart with your wonderful smile & heart warming laugh, you embraced life with the glory of God & shared your love of him in your everyday experiences. Life was not kind nor fare to you but you stood strong & like one with the patience of Jobe, always looked to the Heavens. You will be missed but knowing your soul is in a better place brings comfort to my heart. Give Mammaw a hug.

We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May God strengthen and comfort all of you and keep your faith in Him strong and constant. In God's love, Stacey and Tammy (Rice) Whitt and family

I am truly blessed to have known Jeff. Jeff was my bus captain and would take us to the Astros or Oilers games. His Faith in Christ was a big part in everything he did. If it wasn't for him and the Cooks I wouldnt be the Christian I am today. Thank you Jeff!! My prayers and my thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry about Jeff's passing, you all are in my prayers. Although I wasn't in Texas often, Jeff is part of my great memories (especially of my memories of Pappaw horsing around with him--ice water over the shower door!). I pray for peace and comfort for all of you. Blessings,

My heart goes out to all who loved Jeff. He touched each and everyone of us. I was introduced to Jeff through the Plunkett family. His love for God and his family was a love that could not be duplicated. Alex I am so sorry. There is peace in knowing we have one more Guardian Angel to watch over us. He is with our Heavenly Father and WOW to see his mom as she greeted him at the Gate. Matthew 5:4
