Remembering you is easy because you were such a great person. We think of you and talk about you often especially when July 4th comes around. Your shining light was like the fireworks in the sky. Samantha Wolfe and Penny Whary

I was very sad to hear of Jeff's passing, My condolences to the Tice family. I had not seen Jeff since high school, but will always fondly remember him as part of the "Bellegrove Kids" from the 1960s.

Uncle Jeff was one of a kind. He was humorous, supportive and kind. We'll miss him at our gatherings for holidays and picnics. RIP Uncle Jeff. You won't be forgotten

I am so grateful to be able to call Jeff one of my closest friends. Jeff didn't let many people in but when he did he would do anything for them and be there no matter what he had going on in his life. He was a big teddy bear at heart. I only hope that he knew how much I appreciated him and how thankful I am for that friendship and everything he did for not only me but for Samantha as well. Taking her to work at Chocolate World in his station wagon and always saying "wagons ho" before...

I hadn't spoken to Jeff in a long time, but have fond memories of him from long ago. He was at my wedding in the 1970s and we had a lot of the same friends. I'll remember Jeff with lots of great memories. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Our families lived as neighbors but as we grew up some moved away. But Jeff and I stayed neighbors until this day. Jeff and I went to same school and in the same class of 1969 at Annville-Cleona from grades 1 - 12. Jeff would bring his mother to our yard sales every spring and my mother and Mary had good conversations. My last memory of Jeff was last year when he and I met at various times while visiting our mothers at the Countryside Christian Community Home.
To the family; we are...

Fond memories, little brother! You liked to appear gruff sometimes and then would show your soft underbelly within a minute or two. For instance: I'd call and say "What are you doing"? or "What's up?" and your constant reply would be, "None of your business!!!" LOL We'd then move on to what was going on. How I miss that, Jeff.
There are so many other memories I have of things that happened from much longer ago which I am hesitate to mention. LOL I know you...
