Jeffrey J. Waters

Jeffrey J Waters, 58, of Mt. Bethel, PA, passed away Tuesday, March 3rd, at Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, PA. Jeff was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on May 15, 1956, the son of Eleanore M. (Labar) Waters, of Mt. Bethel, and the late James E. Waters. He was a 1974 graduate of Bangor High School and attended Penn State University. He was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mt. Bethel, PA. In addition to his mother Eleanore, Jeff is survived by a daughter, Jessica J. Waters, of Belize; a sister, Debra Knecht and her husband Roger, of East Bangor, PA; a brother, Randall Waters and his wife Robyn, of Mt. Bethel, PA; a granddaughter, Eliza Lanore Waters- Card; his companion, Barbara Markowitz of 34 years and her grandson, Tyler; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 703 S. Delaware Dr., Mt. Bethel, PA, at 2pm on Friday, March 6th. Friends are invited to call Friday 1-2pm in the church. Burial will be in Centreville Cemetery, Stone Church, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. "Village of Johnsonville", Bangor, PA.
