In Troop 424 the scouts referred to Jeff as Webber. As his Scoutmaster I have some vivid recollections of him.

As his Scoutmaster I remember Jeff very well. When he was a young scout he had a few rough edges. But as he matured he became an Eagle Scout who I was proud of.
