Brother Webster, we love you! As Ryan and I have reflected on the impact and influence that Jeff had on both our lives, we immediately agreed that Jeff always left us better than he found us. Tony and I loved Jeff so much. He was always there for us. He was such a true, dear friend to Tony for many years. They served together at church for many years and Tony learned so much from this gentle giant. Jeff visited Tony in the hospital many times and gave him many blessings throughout the years. They grieved together over the loss of their grandsons and comforted one another. They were buddies at church and Tony will miss that friendship so much. Jeff was ALWAYS positive and smiling...
