Jeff was one of the most caring and capable bosses anybody could work with. His visions were way ahead of his time. We developed a program to take the 3D CAD models and assembled the complete product in 10-15 seconds. To Jeff, his next version, was to create a dynamic model of that completed product. Always thinking forward. A true visionary teaching the people he was with to always go past the next step.

Passing along my condolences to the Weikert family. While I didn´t know Jeff well, I worked with Tom for a bit at Cummins and enjoyed our friendship during that time. I´m sorry for your loss.

Jeff was my first boss when I moved from Cummins Fuel Systems to Midrange Engineering in 2025. What a joy was to work for him! Jeff gave me all the support that I needed. He was available! Our early morning coffee time usually was our one on one meeting. As time went by, our friendship took over the boss-employee relationship. Jeff was one of my sponsors for my China Engineering assignment. His insight of oversea work experiences helped my career development. Jeff will be missed as...

I really enjoyed working for Jeff. He always had time when needed, very perceptive to understand what was going on, and a great engineer. He was a great person as well, fun, caring, and great to be around.

Jeff, a great person, engineer and outstanding partner at EEA in the UK. dear Maureen my sincere condolences to you and your family, i will keep a good memory of Jeff as a friend. Meinrad

Maureen, I´m sorry to hear about Jeff´s passing. Jeff will be missed by everyone who knew him. I enjoyed working with him, for him and being mentored by Jeff over the years. My heart goes out to you and family...

An amazing man to work with and enjoy life with. He was kind, brilliant, always helpful, and a great mentor.

I knew Jeff from the early 1990s after we first met in the old SEDC in Columbus. We later became close colleagues when we both worked together in the EEA office in the UK in the early 2000s. A more friendly, open, and welcoming colleague could not be wished-for; and an intuitive and natural engineer for sure and always a 'solutions' guy, never a 'problems' guy. I am devastated that he is gone and way too soon. My sincere condolences to Maureen and the family.
