Dear Dr. Oliphant,
I only knew Jeffrey as a handsome, delightful, rambunctious, little boy, with a fine mind. I wish I had known the young man he had become.
You have my condolences for your loss. Jeffrey will always live in my memory.

It is with true sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Jeff. Going back to the years when he was a child, and then a young man, he will be remembered as a kind soul, with a ready smile, friendly, and always well mannered and respectful. A friend to Brad, he will be thought of fondly. Our sincere condolences to Roberta and Richard, and to the rest of the family.
